I ran into the eyespot yesterday with no appointment because I couldn’t see out of my right eye. Dr. Pikus and her team really helped to calm me down and they squeezed me in to look at my eye. Wonderful Optometrist! I have been a patient of Dr Pikus for years and she and her staff are amazing! The office is friendly and comfortable with a great selection of eyewear. Dr Pikus is very thorough and I am confident that my vision is in good hands. I highly recommend the Eye Spot.

I have been going to The EyeSpot for years. I have referred several friends and family members. In addition, I moved to the south suburbs of Chicago and continued to make the trip because they were so welcoming.

Until NOW......I spent $850 on a pair of frames that are turning colors. Dr. Pikus advised me (per the frame rep) to use sand paper on the area that was turning colors. Sand paper on a pair of $850 frames!! Even she didn't think that was a good idea.

There was no additional assistance and no offering of a discount or help with another pair. The customer service that I had had over the years was gone with a simple "sorry, nothing we can do". I choose to give my business to privately-owner businesses because there is usually a higher level of care and customer service. Sadly, this is not the case anymore with The EyeSpot. Go elsewhere!

Excellent care and eyewear.

The entire team is warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. It’s easy to get an appointment, and they always do their best to accommodate our schedules.

The office is comfortable and welcoming, with a great atmosphere. Most importantly, they truly take the time to work with you to make sure you get the prescription that is right for you. They never make you feel rushed.

We have been going here for many years and have consistently had an excellent experience. They also make working with insurance easy, which is a huge plus.

If you’re looking for an eye doctor where you’ll be treated like a valued patient rather than just another appointment, I highly recommend this team!

They are not expensive. Not at all. It is just everyone else is cheap. Eye Spot glasses are simply the best. Frames, lenses, fit and finish have been impeccable. Instead of gunning for the bottom, as seemingly everyone else is trying, they are going in the opposite direction. I can't wear junk on my face.

When I moved from downtown to the northshore, I was looking for a place near me to find the same quality of eyewear (and a replacement for my fav Lindbergs, specifically). So grateful I found The EyeSpot!

They use modern and effective technology in annual exams, cater to all members of the family (adult and kids) and I know I’m not just a “number” as they always remember the large and small details that we discuss . . . And that is why I keep coming back year after year.

Great staff and very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend for both medical and optical in the Chicagoland area.
